IMPORTANT:
Unfortunately, we have to turn away clients due to them not being old enough to have the treatments carried out, this is unfortunately due to insurance purposes.
Please note: We do have the right to request some form of identification to prove that you are over the age of 16. Also, any clients under the age of 18 will require a Parent or guardian to be present when arriving at the appointment so that a consent form an be signed.
Deposits may also be lost if no parent/guardian is present.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If there are any problems within 72 hours, we will be more than happy to fix them but anything past this is down to your own aftercare.
Any ‘lash Fixes’ will be charged as a fluff up. We will not be able to infill another lash technicians work. If you arrive to your appointment with lashes on that are not done by us then we will not be able to carry out the treatment if we have been given no notice for removal. If this is the case then you will be asked to reschedule and a cancellation fee will apply.
If your appointment is cancelled within a 48 hour period, then your deposit will be lost and unable to transfer to a different date.
A cancellation within a 24 hour period will require a 50% fee of the service booked.
A no show to your appointment will require the full fee of the service booked due to no time to be able to fill the appointment.
A 50% non refundable deposit will be taken to secure your appointments.
All deposits can be transferred to a different date if more than 48 hours notice is given.
If you are running late, please contact me ASAP.
Anything over 15 minutes late will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost!
